Shoot
After you make repairs to your home your Crochet Realty Group Agent will schedule a video and/or photo shoot for your home with a professional videographer and/or photographer
Your Crochet Realty Group Agent will do Coming Soon Marketing for your home to generate buzz.
Potential buyers may ask to see your home on short notice. It’s best if you can accomodate these requests, you never want to miss a potential sale.
Negotiation
If everything goes well, a buyer (and most often the agent who represents them) will presents your Crochet Realty Group Agent with an offer.
At this point you and the buyer have agreed to all of the terms of the offer and both parties have signed the agreements.
While under contract the buyer will work with their mortgage provider to finalize the loan and perform other due diligence.
Buyer will do a final walkthrough the home the night before or the morning of closing.
This is the transfer of funds and ownership. Depending on when the buyer moves into the home you will need all utilities scheduled to be turned off and move out.
Complete Listing paperwork including an Exclusive Listing Agreement
As difficult as it may be, its important to review the market analysis and consider your home price objectively.
Your Crochet Realty Group Agent will present the benefits and risks of the offer(s). You will have the oppotunity to either accept or counter any offer based on its merits.
The buyer will usually perform a physical inspection of the home. They may even ask you to make certain repairs. Your Crochet Realty Group Agent will explain all of your options regarding the inspection and important deadlines including the appraisal and financing contingencies (if applicable).
Please schedule all utility companies to turn off your utility or transfer your account to your new address
